How does Online Business Yoga work for your team?

Participation is easy via Zoom, Teams or your preferred online team meeting software. We arrange a fixed date for the online yoga course (for example, every Tuesday after your team meeting they have a “Office Strech” meeting). The exercises are professionally demonstrated and guided live via video. All your employees can join in – no need of yoga experience or fitness. The exercises are designed so that your employees don’t need a yoga mat and can simply participate in their office clothes.

No one breaks a sweat, because gentle stretching, moderate exercise and relaxation are the focus. So you can simply continue working after the “active break”.

What is the style of the yoga session?

Through gentle movement, we create a healthy balance to sitting at a desk. Bad posture and tension in the back, neck and shoulder area are released, the muscles are gently strengthened and the nervous system is calmed through conscious breathing.

The exercises are simple and require no yoga experience or special fitness. You don’t break a sweat – employees can simply continue working after the short session.

Professional guidance

Who leads the yoga classes?

The yoga classes are led by me, Eva. I am a certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in India, Rishikesh) with an additional training to become a business yoga teacher. For 2 years I am teaching employees from small to large companies and help them achieve better health and well-being at work.

A bit more to my background: As a freelance website designer myself, I sit in front of the computer a lot and know the problems that come with desk work. Therefore, my online yoga classes are specialised in loosening up the tense parts of the body, mobilising the spine and especially strengthening the back muscles.

The simple but effective exercises can be easily integrated into everyday (office) life – for happy, balanced and relaxed employees.
