Terms & conditions (Yoga classes)

1. Registration & Booking

Yoga classes can be booked through the online booking system (Amelia) or by individual arrangement.

A booking constitutes a binding agreement for the selected class and date.

2. Payment

Payment must be made in advance using one of the payment methods available through the booking system.

3. Rescheduling

Bookings are non-transferable and binding. Rescheduling may be possible upon request, subject to availability in another class.

Requests to reschedule must be made directly via email or WhatsApp.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Booked yoga classes are non-refundable. Pursuant to Article 103(l) of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (LGDCU), no statutory right of withdrawal applies to leisure services provided on a specific date or at a specific time.

Refunds will only be issued if a class is cancelled by the provider.

Beach yoga classes are weather-dependent. In the event of storms, heavy rain, unsafe conditions, or official weather warnings, the class may be cancelled. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and may choose between:

* a replacement class, or
* a full refund of the amount paid.

If a participant wishes to cancel a booking, an alternative class date may be offered where possible. If no suitable alternative is available, a voucher valid for one yoga class within twelve (12) months may, at the sole discretion of the provider, be issued. Participants have no automatic entitlement to a voucher.

5. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Participants who fail to attend a booked class or arrive late are not entitled to a refund, credit, or replacement class.

6. Cancellation by the Provider

If a class is cancelled by the provider due to illness, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:

* a replacement class, or
* a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Health & Personal Responsibility

Participation in yoga classes is entirely at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.

By booking and attending a class, participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in yoga activities.

Participants are responsible for informing the yoga teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect their participation. If in doubt, participants should seek medical advice before attending a class.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the provider shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or health-related issue arising from participation in a yoga class, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of the provider.

Participants attend all classes at their own risk.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The services offered constitute leisure activities provided on specific dates and times. Accordingly, no statutory right of withdrawal applies pursuant to Article 103(l) LGDCU.
