Terms & conditions (Yoga classes)

1. Registration & Booking
Bookings for yoga classes are binding and are made via the booking system (Amelia) or by individual arrangement.
By completing a booking, a binding agreement is formed.

2. Payment
Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods available in the booking system.

3. Rescheduling
Bookings are binding. Rescheduling is only possible upon request and subject to availability in an alternative yoga class.
Rescheduling must be arranged through direct contact (e.g. WhatsApp or email).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of a booked yoga class is not permitted.
Refunds are only issued if the yoga class is cancelled by the provider. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund.
If a customer wishes to cancel, an alternative class will be offered. If this is not suitable, a voucher for a yoga class may be issued upon request in individual cases. This voucher is valid for one year.
There is no entitlement to a voucher.

5. No-Show / Late Arrival
In case of no-show or late arrival, there is no entitlement to:
a refund
a replacement class

6. Class Cancellation by Provider
If a class is cancelled by the provider (e.g. due to illness or weather conditions),
an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be issued.

7. Health & Personal Responsibility
Participation is at the individual’s own risk.
Participants confirm that:
they are physically and mentally fit to take part in yoga classes
they follow the instructor’s guidance at their own responsibility
If there are any health concerns, it is recommended to seek medical advice in advance and inform the yoga teacher.

8. Liability
Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Right of Withdrawal
The yoga classes offered are services related to leisure activities with a specific scheduled date.
Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies.
