1. competitions on Instagram and Facebook of Yoga Tenerife run within the period defined in the post.
2. participation takes place as requested, for example by commenting on or sharing the competition post. E-mails, direct messages and postal entries will not be considered in the draw.
3. a cash payment of the prize is not possible.
4. participation is free of charge and open to any natural person. Each person can only take part in the competition once and the minimum age is 18 years.
5. the winners will be chosen at random and informed of the prize via a direct message on Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not respond by 1 week after the end of the competition, the prize will be forfeited.
6. no data will be collected except for the name and, if applicable, the postal address. Yoga Tenerife uses the data collected exclusively for the organisation of the competition.
7. the competitions are in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook and are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram.
